Unsolicited advice - with only 3 nights plan meals well in advance and make sure to understand when reservation open for booking. For 1 meal in Cape Town I know where I would go, for 3 it would be difficult to decide!

Mount Nelson or Cape Grace are the best of the best from what I have seen. Admittedly I haven’t stayed at either of these hotels but I have had high tea at Mount Nelson and been to the whiskey bar at Cape Grace a few times. If budget was no concern I would pick one of these two.
