There are a lot of baboons here. They could just be the most challenging animal to hunt on the list. Certain methods work better than others and get ready for shooting at longer ranges. A lot of fun though!

Out of a blind, with a bow, yes. Shots from walk and stalk range from 250 - 450m. We hunt them both ways. For someone who really wants one, we hunt them over bait and at a range of 220m, which allows you to pick a nice specimen. You could shoot them from our bait pit with a bow I guess, but , you will need the wind to be right, and be super camo'd and sit still.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
