I have decided to sell my semi customized Winchester Model 70 Classic Stainless Safari Express chambered in .375 H&H. The rifle is like new, and only shot one Black Bear and range time. Gun is in 99.9% condition. Here is is the goodie list on the gun.

Factory Winchester Model 70 Classic Stainless Safari Express with 24" barrel with recessed target crown.
Factory Express sights, that are fully adjustable left to right and up and down
Leupold QD bases and Rings with levers
Leupold VX3 1.5-5 scope with duplex reticle with perfect eye alignment.
Midwest Industries Machined mag follower and box
HS Precision Stock fitted by gunsmith with full aluminum bedding block
Timney Winchester Model 70 drop in trigger set at 2.5lbs
LOP is 13 7/8"
Weight 9lbs with scope
Barrel is 24"



This rifle is all you need in Africa and around the world. I have shot Hornady 270gr. SP interlocks out of it and they will hold .5 MOA. I don't have 80 rounds through it.. This rifle is pleasing to the eye, and a true work horse. It balances perfectly and just feels good and shoots just as well..

Beautiful rifle! I guess I've never seen a Win M70 in stainless? I have been looking at Browning stainless .375 rifles recently, but this one is great! CRF I assume?

The pad on the rifle is whatever comes on a HS precision stock. I am assuming it is a pachmeyr

All weather, any country any game rifle on the Mod 70 platform.

I'm not a buyer but at this price I don't see it sticking around for long.
In my country it would cost almost twice what you are asking for the gun alone.

I'd wish you best of luck with the sale but I don't think you need any luck selling this one.

Instead, commiserations for having to part with it.

Great rifle. I customized one of these classic stainless 375 H&H rifles and took it to AK after Brown Bear last year. Worked great and I really really like that rifle. Someone got a good deal here. Congrats!
