This is a very good thread. Can you imagine walking up on a bull like one of the seven?
 
About to start our elephant season, hopefully we will be able to show that there are still big tuskers out there. Tomei, the tracker standing in the middle deserves most of the credit, most incredible tracker I have ever seen.

I really love the vintage photos, would have been awesome to hunt those big tuskers back in the day!

18.5 Inces at the lip. 4.1 feet sticking out… regardless, it was a fantastic hunt, very challenging, a great team and a gentleman of a client and a magnificent old bull.

Alex, I am confident you are going to be one of the best young PH'S on elephant, your heart is in the hunt. I have watched you grow in strength to strength. You have shown my PH's a lesson or two, something we true Ph's are willing to do.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
