Nice shape with a few handling marks on the wood, metal is near perfect. Zeiss scope is mounted with Talley's and has the Z-plex, very nice glass, scope is like new with box. Would make a great Plain's Game or North America big game rifle. $1650 for the combo or $850 for just the rifle plus shipping.

thank you
Gale Johnson

I have the same rifle and it is probably one of the most accurate of all my guns shoots almost any load excellent great price

This one shoots also!!

Interesting choice of scope on a 9.3x62. What made you pick that one?

I had it new in the box on the shelf, I like a bit more power than most. I shoot prairie dog's a lot on high magnification so usually don't have problem's with target acquisition on a higher power setting. One advantage of shooting thousand's of round's a year, the gun is usually pointing where I am looking. The 9.3 with a 250 Accubond and some Rl-17 will reach out and touch something just as good as any big caliber in my opinion. I am fine with keeping the scope as I realize it may not be someone's first choice, it is a great glass. I hope I explained that right?

thank you

Hi Gale, that's great and very helpful.

The reason I ask is I have a 9.3x62 myself and currently considering what glass to put on top of it. I've mostly been shooting either RWS T-Mantel or Norma Oryx @ 285gr out of it. I.m considering going 250 gr Accubond for a bit better MPBR.

(Probably should have put that up front)

It's a great rifle for someone and good luck with the sale!

I have a Leupold VX5 HD 2X10X42 with illuminated reticle and CDS disc. Works very well. I would not hesitate to take a 300 yd. Shot.

I have a VX-5HD 1-5x24 on my 9.3x62. I'd likely not pull the trigger on a white tail from 300 yards with that setup, but elk or moose, any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Reduced to $799 plus shipping for gun only

Yes, I sent you a pm

This one is still for sale

Nice rifle, had a Buyer but haven't back from him for a while so still for sale

Those rifles were around $2k new in Australia prior to going out of production. Good deal.

Thanks for all the inquiries, rifle is sold to forum member pending funds

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
