Hunted
Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, South Africa
This happened ten days ago in a camp of workers in Paraguay.
The group of workers were working in a new fences in the farm....when they returned for lunch, they found a disaster in camp and the cook was gone.
They traced the path that the animal had taken and not far from camp they found the rest of the cook.
Quickly they put the dogs on the fresh trail and managed to catch the Jaguar.
I got the information from somedy I know from Argentine forum and he got the information from his friend, the owner of the farm in Paraguay where this happened.

That is not an old worn down sick cat.
That looks like a very healthy cat hunting someone.

Gives you pause for sure.

You are right Wayne......I think the same.....it is a adult healthy cat full of power.....

I just hope that he had a quick death.

One cat ate that much of whole grown man , in one sitting........
The jaguar mustve been unable to climb a tree with that extra weight in his belly

Boahhh.
Does the cat has no back tooth ?
Difficult to see,it could be blood.
But anyway ,she is looking good in form .
@Panielsen :take care in Texas fellow.

......

Picture is not good enough to tell really.
Old or sick critters are usually the reason for man eating (in most cases)
Would make sense if there were a dental issue.

Thanks Foxi, I will... :A Outta:

Wow. Prayers for all involved.

Terrible.

That photo is on the Internet elsewhere with comments dated 2014 and it wasn't in reference to being eaten by a cat. If there was a jaguar attack 10 days ago, this photo is not evidence of that.

The oldest instance I could find was that it is the mutilated body of a terrorist.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris
