New Swarovski scopes were released at DSC!
There is a 2-10, a 3.5-18, and a 5-25 in the lineup.
I personally used a pre release model of the 3.5-18 extensively this year for whitetails here in PA to great success taking deer at ranges from 25 yds to 450 yds.

Notable features -
locking turret and 80 MOA of travel on the BT models.
Several reticle choices in the lineup
30mm tube

Options for illuminated vs non illuminated

My personal favorite is this 2-10, This scope is incredibly lightweight at 17 Oz.

All BT dial models include the MOA numbered turret and the user interchangeable range designations to configure your optic to your rifle at preset ranges.

Z5i+ 2-10x42
Z5i+ 3.5-18x50
Z5i+ 5-25x56

These were nice! Probably going to get the 5i+ 3.5’s for my out west rifle.

Will there be a 1x5 released any time soon?
No 1-5's as far as I know, As of right now at least.
I'll let you know if i hear anything!

I really like the 5Xi 2-1x42. I noticed that the 2-10 is the only one in the new 5i+ series without parallax adjustment. I assume it's set for 100 yards but I wonder how limiting that might further out. Any thought?

Really like to see a Z5i 1-5x24 EE! When they stopped making the Z6 EE, everyone with a big bore was disappointed. Be nice to have an option with 4.5” of eye relief for the heavy hitters.

I was looking at SCI. They put a 1" erector in a 30mm tube to get the 80 moa.
But the Z8 glass is still nicer.

Here here. Not only did they take away the EE which is nonsense, they even took away the 1-8x24 in 30mm rings! This is crazy. Swaro cornered the market on dangerous game scopes and then cancelled most of them?

They moved the z8i+'s to a 34mm with the argument of larger FOV and light transmission, From my observation it seems to be the right move; But it does make for a bulkier optic suite.
Still have a lot of the original 30mm tube Z8i's in stock, as well as the Z6i's.

Nothing compares to the Z8i's!
They really came for the NA hunting industry with the Z5i+, Trying to cut into Leupold and Vortex's customer base.

I bought the 2-10 at the SCI show from EuroOptics and used it today. Great scope and great service

I really enjoy the 2-10, Perfect optic for a lightweight little stalking rifle. I'm personally gonna throw one on a little 16" tikka roughtek in .308 that will be my still hunting rifle here in PA & NY.

Ron from swaro explained the lineup pretty beautifully IMO,

The 2-10 is made for the northeast and southeast, Quick shots averaging 100 yds or closer, not much on the optic to go wrong, Less is more style of thinking.
3.5-18 is your general purpose optic ( And my personal favorite ) it does it all, packed with features the travelling hunter comes to expect, from the rockies to the bean fields.
5-25 is your varmint / antelope / long range offering. You are getting the power to push out to extended ranges, with a simplistic reticle and turret design that makes putting rounds on target extremely easy.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
